To get your petition filed, we will need the following items:

1. If either of you has been married before, you will need to show Documentation of Termination of all Prior Marriages. These can be Divorce Certificates, Death Certificates, Annulment Papers.

2. The Sponsor must provide proof of being a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident. These can be a U.S. Birth Certificate, U.S. Passport, or Naturalization Certificate.

3. Marriage Certificate for Sponsor and Alien Beneficiary.

4. Evidence of a Bona Fide Marriage.

Later (Months from now) you need the following items:

1. The last U.S. Federal Tax Return that you filed.

2. Beneficiary’s Birth Certificate.

3. Beneficiary’s NBI clearance certificate
