1. Refund Policy:

We only offer refunds for the following reasons:

If we make a mistake in processing your visa application that results in your visa being denied, you get your money back. Period, No questions asked.

ONCE YOU DOWNLOAD OUR INSTRUCTION MANUAL THERE ARE NO REFUNDS EXCEPT If we make a mistake in processing your visa application that results in your visa being denied.

This guaranteed has two parts that must happen to get a refund:

1. You can prove that we made a mistake.

2. You can SHOW US THAT OUR mistake resulted in your visa being denied.

If your visa was denied you must send us a copy of your denial letter, on the letter it will state why your visa was denied. No refunds will be considered without a copy of your denial letter. After examining the letter of denial if we find that it was our mistake that resulted in your denial you will be issued an instant refund.

You agree that you will have to fill out a couple sample information forms and provide us with copies of your varies documents so that we may fill out and file your visa package.

2. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

In the event of a charge dispute, it is important that you communicate with Filipina Fiancee Visa Service directly. You agree not to initiate any payment dispute or chargeback request through your credit card issuer or PayPal for any reason without first bringing your dispute before Filipina Fiancee Visa Service. In any case, any chargeback attempted for services and /or products provided by Filipina Fiancee Visa Service will be firmly defended, and a $25 administrative fee will be assessed automatically and without exception. If the chargeback is completed successfully, and if the disputed amount is not determined by Filipina Fiancee Visa Service to have been charged in error, the entire disputed amount will be re-assessed along with a $75 chargeback fee. Filipina Fiancee Visa Service will turn the matter over to a collection agency to recover the chargeback amount and the chargeback fees and assessed fee plus any collection fees.
