TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Note: The only time a refund will be issued is per this section titled Details of our Guarantee.
1. A. You agree that you will complete our simple online questionnaire so that we may fill out your visa package.
B. You agree that the Petitioner has met their Fiancé(e) personally (in person) within the past 1 year before the date your petition is filed.
2. Disputes and chargebacks
In the event of a charge dispute, it is important that you communicate with Filipina Fiancee Visa Service directly. You agree not to initiate any payment dispute or chargeback request through your credit card issuer or PayPal for any reason without first bringing your dispute before Filipina Fiancee Visa Service.
In any case, any chargeback attempted for services and /or products provided by Filipina Fiancee Visa Service will be firmly defended, and a $48 administrative fee will be assessed automatically and without exception. If the chargeback is completed successfully, and if the disputed amount is not determined by Filipina Fiancee Visa Service to have been charged in error, the entire disputed amount will be re-assessed along with a $85 chargeback fee.
Filipina Fiancee Visa Service will turn the matter over to a collection agency to recover the chargeback amount and the chargeback fees and assessed fee plus any collection fees.

Filipina Fiancée Visa Service is not a law firm. Owners and staff are non-attorneys. We specialize in processing documents for visas. We do not give legal advice. If you need legal advice, we would encourage you to seek the advice of an immigration attorney. We are not bound to perform any services unless we choose to accept your case. If we choose to not accept you as a client, we will refund your fees. If we choose to perform services, you are bound by these Terms of Service.
We are not attorneys and may not perform legal services that an attorney performs. We prepare the following documents: I-129F, G-325A, I-130, I134, I-864, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-751. We file these documents with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). We give immigration advice and consultations. We do not give legal advice. The approximate processing times for the varies documents varies. For a K-1 Visa it's approximately 6 months. For a CR-1 visa it's approximately 6-9 months. For an adjustment of status it's approximately 6-12 months. We are not liable for these processing time estimates. Times vary, some faster and some slower.
4. Additional Terms
Any processing time estimates that we provide you or tell you are just estimates. We are not responsible for government processing times or embassy processing times. If you do not allow us to file your petition within 1 years we charge a $150 reinstatement fee.
5. Details of our Guarantee
We will refund your service fee if your Petition is denied.
Our Guarantee will not apply to the following limited circumstances:
- The Fiancé(e) or Petitioner provides us with a material misrepresentation or fraudulent material.
- If the Petitioner has not met their Fiancé(e) personally (in person) within the past 1 year before the date your petition is filed.
- The Petitioner and Fiancé(e) don't have a genuine bona fide and committed relationship,
- The Petitioner or Fiancé(e) has been involved in prior immigration proceedings; or
- If the Petitioner's income does not exceed the required poverty guidelines without the help of any co-sponsor; or
- The Foreign born Fiancé(e) does not pass his or her medical exam; or
- If the Fiancé(e) or Petitioner doesn't provide supporting documentation or requested information necessary to complete the application.
- If you do not meet the U.S. Domicile Requirement for Petitioners Living Outside the U.S.
- The Petitioner has been convicted of any of the following crimes:
1. Domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse and neglect, dating violence, elder abuse, a convicted sex offender or stalking.
The term "domestic violence" includes felony or misdemeanor crimes of violence committed by a current or former spouse of the victim, by a person with whom the victim shares a child in common, by a person who is cohabitating with or has cohabitated with the victim as a spouse, by a person similarly situated to a spouse of the victim under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction receiving grant monies, or by any other person against an adult or youth victim who is protected from that person's acts under the domestic or family violence laws of the jurisdiction.
2. Homicide, murder, manslaughter, rape, abusive sexual contact, sexual exploitation, incest, torture, trafficking, peonage, holding hostage, involuntary servitude, slave trade, kidnapping, abduction, unlawful criminal restraint, false imprisonment, or an attempt to commit any of these crimes.
3. Crimes relating to a controlled substance or alcohol on three or more occasions, and such crimes did not arise from a single act.
