Ingredients:
1 pork heart
1 pork lungs (lights)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
1 onion, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon sugar
- dash of chili powder
- patis (fish sauce) and pepper to tasteProcedure:
1. Parboil pork heart and lungs for about 15 minutes
2. Cool; finely chop pork heart and lungs
3. Sauté garlic, onions and tomatoes
4. Add pork heart, lungs and vinegar, cover
5. Cook until meat is tender
6. Add patis, pepper, sugar and chili to taste.
