Beef Adobo
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Beef
- 2.1/4 cups Water
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Distilled white vinegar
- 4 cloves Crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Procedure:
Dice your meat into small cubes, mix in other
ingredients in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer
for 60 minutes, or until beef is tender.
Serve with rice and Adobo sauce.
